The excitement builds as we get nearer to The Alarm REUNION Weekend at The Garage, London

Well the countdown is well and truly on guys!

With The Alarm REUNION Weekend at The Garage, London on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August 2026 now just days away, the excitement is building for what promises to be a very special weekend in the history of The Alarm.

This isn't simply another pair of concerts. It's a reunion, a celebration and a chance for friends, musicians and fans to come together and share the music and memories that have connected us for more than four decades.

At the heart of the weekend is something Alarm fans have waited a very long time to see.

Eddie Macdonald, Dave Sharp and Nigel Twist will be reunited on stage together for the first time since their appearance on VH1 in 2003.

For anyone who has followed The Alarm from those early days in Wales through the breakthrough years of the 1980s and everything that followed, seeing the founding members sharing a stage again is going to be an incredibly emotional moment.

And where better for it to happen than The Garage in London, the legendary, intimate venue where everyone in the room will be right at the heart of the occasion?

We've always wanted REUNION to feel like much more than simply arriving at a venue, watching a band and going home. This is a weekend for the Alarm family.

Across Saturday and Sunday, fans will have the opportunity to meet old friends, make new ones, share stories and celebrate the music that has provided the soundtrack to so many of our lives.

There will be fan interaction, interviews, special moments and, of course, a huge amount of live music to sing along too. And when the lights finally go down and the musicians walk onto that stage, we know there are going to be some powerful emotions in the room.

The weekend brings together an extraordinary collection of musicians associated with The Alarm story, including Eddie Macdonald, Dave Sharp and Nigel Twist, alongside musicians including James Stevenson, Steve 'Smiley' Barnard and Dave Blackman.

We are also delighted to welcome Robert Latimer of Candid as guest vocalist for what promises to be a fantastic celebration of the songs and the spirit of The Alarm.

One stage. One weekend. One Alarm family. Of course, there will also be someone very important who won't physically be standing on that stage with us.

His presence, his songs and his extraordinary contribution to The Alarm will be felt throughout the entire weekend.

REUNION is about looking forward, but it is also about recognising where we came from and celebrating the friendships, experiences and music that brought all of us together in the first place.

There will undoubtedly be laughter.

There will undoubtedly be stories.

And we're fairly certain there will be a few tears too.

But above everything else, there will be music.

The Final Preparations Are Underway

Behind the scenes, the last pieces of the jigsaw are now falling into place.

Production plans are being finalised. Rehearsals are being prepared. Set lists are coming together. Soundchecks, equipment, passes and all the countless details that go into creating a weekend like this are being worked through.

After months of talking, organising and planning, it suddenly feels very real.

Very soon, the equipment will be rolling through the doors of The Garage.

The stage will be set.

The lights will go down.

And we'll hear that first chord.

There is something special about travelling to a show knowing that the people standing around you haven't simply bought tickets to the same concert – they share a history with you. Some will have been there in the earliest days. Some discovered The Alarm in the 1980s. Others joined the journey much later.

We genuinely cannot wait to welcome you.
