Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting The Alarm 2.0 and purchasing our merchandise. We want you to be happy with your order, so please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.
You must notify us in writing (by email) before the 14-day period ends.
Once cancelled, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
Items such as CDs, vinyl, or DVDs must be unopened and in their original shrink wrap.
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (e.g., food/drink), intimate items (e.g., underwear), or customised/personalised merchandise unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our online store.
How to return items
To request a return, please email us at hello@thealarm2.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and we will forward you a delivery adddress.
